In Q2 of 2021, WBR Insights conducted the survey, to find out about the challenges retailers are facing in 2021 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the innovative solutions they are putting in place.
The report highlights the importance of blending digital and physical channels, how forward-thinking retailers are going all-in on customer experience in a post-pandemic world, and how investing in technology has been one of the biggest lessons learnt in the pandemic.
