Sitoo is going live in Levi’s and Dockers stores in Portugal and Spain in a first for the market leading Unified Commerce and POS provider.
GNG is the Master Franchisee of the Levi’s Strauss and Dockers brands in Portugal and Spain – with Sitoo POS now up and in running in both the Levi’s and Dockers stores. The move came after GNG went on the hunt for a modern POS system that’s simple to use, looks great and comes complete with omnichannel functionality.
As Frederico Couceiro, Executive Director at Omnium:retail – integration specialists who helped Sitoo go live in Portugal – explains: “GNG wanted to update their POS, they found Sitoo and saw it could work across different platforms, had an API-first approach and a huge number of easy-to-use APIs, and could connect their online and physical channels. But they needed help to implement it and so they reached out to us at Omnium to help.”
“Since then we’ve worked closely with Sitoo to help develop features that are critical for the Portuguese market – and to help ensure Sitoo is compliant with Portuguese fiscal law. We’re now set to go live in the first stores which is a hugely exciting time for everyone.”
GNG is one of Portugal and Spain’s biggest retailers with more than 60 stores and planning to grow to more than 70 by 2023.
